Refund policy
At F.E.W, our promise is to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. We believe in providing you with products you'll love, and we’re dedicated to doing everything we can to make that happen.
You are more than welcome to try on your garments and inspect them upon delivery. However, please note that once the courier has left, we do not accept returns.
For exchanges, we are happy to accommodate you to ensure your satisfaction. You can exchange your item for the same item or a different one (depending on availability).
- Eligibility: You can exchange your items within 5 days of receipt.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service via direct message ( @few_eg) for assistance we will then send another courier to pick up the piece and provide you with your exchanged item.Please note that you will be responsible for the courier fees, as well as any price difference between the exchanged items, if applicable.
